Select me for : Totems, trailing & climbing.
Indoor Light Needs : Low light to Bright Filtered.
This is probably the most common houseplant worldwide & for good reason. Your parents probably had one in the 80’s & their parents probably had one in the 60s. You get the idea. We love recommending this plant to our customers for so many different uses. It climbs, it trails, it tells you when it’s thirsty & it’s fun to propagate. It’s a good gift for someone also as it is easy to look after & adapts well to most conditions.
This plant is happy to be watered as per our general houseplant watering guide below. To maintain nice healthy foliage you can liquid fertilise monthly between September & April. Over winter watering will be less frequent but be aware that heaters & fireplaces will dry the plant out much faster than normal so let the leaves tell you when they’re thirsty. If they feel soft & limp then they are lacking moisture.
Plant Notes : This variety of Pothos will generally be dark green with a speckled yellow variegation. In lower light levels you may find over time that the plant reverts back to plain green but this is perfectly normal. A super bright position is the best way to maintain the stronger variegation.
